SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping.

For orders under $75, we use flat rate shipping starting at $6.50. Please allow shipments 1-5 business days to be processed to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Revive does not pay any customs, taxes or duties on international orders. Some countries may or may not charge a fee for your order entering the country. Please be aware though that it can happen from time to time and we do not pay these fees. Please contact your customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Revive is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 7 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item please visit our returns center to begin your return or exchange. If you want to exchange for the same item, you will be presented with this option if that item is still in stock or you may return for store credit, or refund, whichever you prefer. On your return notes please include what is wrong with the item so that we can process your return as efficiently and effectively as possible. Customer is responsible for any fees incurred to ship items back to Revive.   Any shipping charges incurred with your orders, are not available for refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. Please contact Revive at help@shopreviveboutique.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
